Winter Retreat
"I have attended a few of Josie's retreats and I can honestly say it is a highlight to my year! The yoga sessions always have the right balance of challenge and relaxation with a little laughter thrown in. The accommodation is in a perfect setting to get outdoors during the day and enjoy the stars in the evening over a lovely fire. I particularly love the food on the retreat it's is always delicious and healthy. When I leave I feel my mind has had a little reset and by body truly nourished. Thank you."

"Josie's yoga retreats are a true highlight in my yearly calendar. Packed full of varied yoga sessions and restorative mindful practices, and embedded in the South Downs; the weekend is truly replenishing for the body and soul. I can't recommend them more highly - although I don't want to shout that too loudly in case all the spaces go before I can book on!"
